A letter from May 14th, 2020

Dear Shelly, In 2020 was a crazy/historical time. So apparently this dude from China ate bat soup which led to a disease that ****** over thousands of people. Pretty cool huh?! But since I'm more advanced than others, I know the government set this up like always. Believe it or not, I’m actually living my best life right now. I dropped weight, and became a skinny legend. My face is clear, and my hair is healthy. One of the best things is being away from school. I could not stand being in the place,that’s why I’d always sit. Tik tok is amazing.I downloaded it as a joke and some of the funniest and creative people are there. I did some exploring and ended up finding some really good artists.The only downfall of this virus is my summer being cancelled. This was supposed to be my breakthrough/ tongue tied summer. I would’ve been traveling with my softball team to Colorado, Georgia , Houston ,Cali and many more places playing ball and making memories. In the end, I just want to say I’m proud of myself. For keeping active, and never losing that go get it mentality. Remember nobody got you the way you got yourself, and chase the bag. #1 out, Michelle Renee Diaz
