A letter from May 13th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hey 23 year old me, I just found out about this and thought it was super cool. I don't know how to start this so I guess I will just dive right in. Its May, I'm working at Round Table delivering pizza making good money in tips. I applied to University of Minnesota last night. I don't know how that's gonna work out because I hate being that cold. I got into San Fransisco state, my dream school... but because this coronavirus CSUS will be online and I just don't know if that will work for me. Im excited to see where I end up, if I like college... You know me, I've always had a hard time keeping friends. Ive been well known and liked almost everywhere I go (for better or worse) but keeping friends is still not something I'm good at. I don't know I mean people are cool, but id rather be alone. I hope you've met some really good people that you can call friends, I know that's what you want. Ive been working out more, I want to love my body and be more confident. I want to walk around like I own the world, and now feel self conscious about ANYTHING. I hope you've tripped a couple more times, have a nice job THAT U LIKE, and are happy. I really hope you're happy. This is your life, you can do and be anything. You can go anywhere, see anything, its all up to you. How do you want to live? Lindsey, if you're not happy ******* do something about it! Right now, I have a tendency to lay in bed and watch Netflix or be on my phone all day. Why do I limit my self progression like that? The world is a crazy place. You don't need anyones approval accept for yourself. You don't owe anyone anything, the world is yours. No one else has your life, experiences, and beliefs. Only you can be you so be you to the fullest. I love you .. me? idk haha. Oh.. and you better have a cat.
