A letter from May 12th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, wow hi -so youre 23 now! welllll hi, I'm seventeen right now, sitting at my new wooden desk, in my childhood bedroom. I hope for us that you're feeling lighter and more hopeful, maybe have met someone - or not - and just are feeling god about life. because you deserve to feel good and happy. I wonder where you are, what you're doing, and what you've accoplished. i wonder what you'd tell me if you could tell me anything. right now whats important to me is getting out of here. i don't like thames. i'm doing science work right now, so that's important too i guess. i'm scared i wont get my level three too, but i feel like thats not something that will be important to you now hahah. you'll have done it no problem. i wish i knew all about you, but the beauty of this whole thing is that i'll find that out - and i can't wait to. I hope i've made a life for myself that I love, and if not, i hope you find it in yourself to do just that Lucy x
