Dear FutureMe, this new way of life has been really hard and different. teachers have been putting a lot of work but i understand that we are not in vacations, i miss school and friends. i feel very isolated because i can't even go out. i feel bad about everything that is happening and also mad, the only thing i have been doing is school work and taking care of my siblings. This new way of life gives me anxiety, i just wish this was all done. Sometimes i feel worry that nothing is going to get better, but i have hope. i also been thinking about what can i do so i don´t get bored, so i thought about drawing, writting and do some self-soothe. Self-soothe is like taking care of you or doing something that makes you feel relax and calm, such as eat something you love, take a relaxing bath, do some face mask i always try to do self-soothe i recomended a lot is very helpful speacilly when you have a lot of time and you don´t have anything to do. When i get this letter in 3 years i know i would be a succesfull person. My goal right now is to get up my grades and get better.
