Dear future me

I hope by now you're still alive. I know it's weird to see a letter from your past self, but knowing you, I know this is going to affect you in a good way. Today is finally your 18th birthday! I don't know if you remember how bad you wanted to be 18 ever since you became a teenager. Every night before going to sleep you used to think of how great life would be once you were legally an adult. Your family never let you go out, all they wanted was for you to go to school and stay at home. Your grandma didn't even let you wear the clothes you had, everything bothered her. All they used to say was that you could do what ever you wanted when you were 18 but by now, you had to do what they said. I don't know if you are still as open minded as you were but one thing I know for sure is that you never let anyone keep you from reaching your dreams. By now, hopefully you continued your modeling and you're hopefully a professional model almost graduating from high School and going to collage to either study architecture or psychology. Hopefully the situation between you and you're mom is now okay, and she's not as bipolar now. I hope you're still with that one person who always wanted the best for you and always guides you through the right path. Always supported you emotionally and promise you the best future you could ever imagine. Yes exactly who you're think. I don't know how life is turning out for you right now but I know is going to be more than okay.
