Letter from the past, for the futere-awesome-me, 14.06.13

Hi handsome! (F*ck, that doesn't start well...) I’m writing to see how you’re doing and in order to give you some advice, f*cker. There are the things I expect you’ll be doing (excepted dominating the world). I imagine that you will… you will… well… Honestly, I don’t really know what to imagine, because I have absolutely no idea of what I want to do. But if I really have to guess, well… Maybe you are in university - but it is very unlikely to happen, because at this moment, I hate studies – or maybe you’re in an art school – but I think it is also unlikely to happen, because I see art more like a hobby than a job right now. But please, don't tell me you became a stripper... Maybe your life has turned out quite differently. You could have started a theatre school, or re-started music, and maybe you will have become a famous actor or musician, like I dream of today, and met many of you idols. Maybe it happened, who knows… (Well, actually, YOU know ;D ) Here’s some advice and wishes from “present-now-past-me”. I hope you are in a relationship (and therefore accomplished the impossible) and didn't lost your "past" friends, and have many new ones. I hope you’ll have stopped procrastinating and spend less time on the computer, I find it annoying, even if I do it myself. Seriously, stop it, wanker. I hope you aren’t always late anymore, too, and that you have found a job that you like. And take care of yourself; don’t let anyone put you down. I hope you don't behave like you think people want you to. Be careful on the people you see. The 2012-2013 year has been quite shitty – the worse moments of your life so far, actually – but I hope it got better. And if you have your ups and downs, don’t forget it always gets better. That leads to my last and simple advice: be happy. And what about the rest of the world? I wish I could see it right now… Did they save the environment? Is war over all over the world? Has poverty disappeared and are all people treated equally? I wonder what technological advances have been made. And I hope world became a better place. Look after yourself, and be awesome.
