KWL Reflection

Dear FutureMe, In my classroom management class three big ideas I have learned so far are that as a teacher you have to have a sense of humor, a teachers personal needs effect their behavior, and when the students walk into the classroom they should feel comfortable. These big ideas will help me when I teach in the future because I will know that when setting up my classroom students need to feel comfortable in it, I will know that teachers do not have to be serious all the time which will help me to relate to my students, and that I need to be aware of my personal needs so that it does not have a negative effect on my teaching. By the end of the class I hope I am able to know how to implement my behavior plan.
