Dear FutureMe,
hello. i hope you are living up to my expectations. i hope you travel. i hope you have close friends. i hope you are loving life as much, if not more, as i am now. i hope you take time to enjoy the small things. i hope you still play frisbee. and have a love of playgrounds. i hope you don't grow up - stay young forever. i hope you did as well in yr 12 as you hoped. i haven't really tried this year and it's starting to sink in. i hope you still love naps. and music. and i hope you laugh, laugh until your stomach hurts and you feel as though you can't breathe and tears start to roll down your cheeks.
do you still enjoy crying? the release that comes with it?
what about being scared? i know, FutureMe, it may sound strange, but sometime i feel as though the only time i truly live is when i am scared. the adrenaline, pumping, gives me an amazing rush which i crave.
have you met the boy of your dreams? if not, don't worry. you have plenty of time. enjoy your life. dream. achieve.
i don't really know what i want you to be like, what job i want you to have, and i'm not concerned about how much money you make or how prestigious your job is.
simply: travel, enjoy, live. and take plenty of pictures and make plenty of memories along the way. that's the way life is meant to be lived. never lose sight.
goodluck, FutureMe. and remember, you won't dissapoint me.
xx
