You'd better reply!

Dear FutureMe, Well, this is an experience I never thought you'd have to deal with! It's like a time capsule with a difference! Well I'm not sure if you'll remember this now but five years ago you were just starting your offshore oil career. Your beautiful little girl is seven today! Well, she's 21months today but should I be writing this in future or past tense??? Ho hum. I hope you've made the right decisions in my life so far. Have I married LD yet???? I hope Vegas was good. I've got some goals to make sure you've achieved by the time I get this so I, erm you, better do your bes to achieve them! I know how rubbish you are at keeping in touch with people but just remember the people who are important to me and keep in touch with them or you will be disappointed in me! Time is precious so it's time for you to get on with my work. Laters. Me of five years ago! List of goals: 1. Get married to LD. 2. Move house to somewhere with a garage! 3. Raise our daughter with the love and attention she deserves. 4. See at least five bands play live between now and then. 5. Be driving that Aston Martin you've always wanted! (Not making this easy am I??!) 6. Don't let my girls down 7. Prove to your boss that you're worth employing. In fact, you'd better BE the boss by now! 8. This is the last one.... ENJOY LIFE.
