Dear FutureMe,
It's currently April 2020. You're in 7th grade. Right now all the coronavirus is going on. They canceled school for the rest of the semester. You're tired. Your sleep schedule is really bad. You're depressed. No one seems to understand. You're behind on your school work and your grades are really bad. You skip meals. You think the whole coronavirus is dumb. There's something we aren't getting told. You just want to be able to hang out with your friends again and be happy. Being alone isn't good for your mental health. But you've got this. I strive for the day I actually become something and succeed. So to my future self, I hope you lived out the teenage years I've been so excited for. I hope you find love and success. I hope you got yourself together and learned to get a hold of your grass and of yourself in general. Just remember, you're always loved. Never lose hope. Love, Alexis B.
