You will get better.
I know you're still in doubt, staring blankly at the ceiling, wondering what went wrong. I can't find the exact right words to say how brave you are for surviving another day. You're in the lowest stage right now and just want to withdraw from the world. You can't stand alone and I completely understand what you're going through. Cry it hard, my dear. Your tears will stop someday.
I will not force you to open the window and see sunrise again. You're not just ready for that. But I am here with you throughout the process. I will be your water when you're dehydrated from the thoughts you keep on thinking. I will be your light to guide you from those darkest nights. I will be your armor against your demons and pain. I will always remind you to get up because that's the only choice to move forward.
You will pass this rainy season.
I will not rush you with the things that need to grow. Take your time to contemplate. Others might misunderstand you, but no worries sweetheart. I know you'll find your way back. I will wait regardless how long it will take for you to come home. Whenever you're ready to talk about it, I will listen. I want to see those sparkling eyes of yours while sharing what you have learned from heartbreak.
Good things will come.
I will guarantee you that letting go wasn't the saddest decision you made. It is actually the most liberating action you chose. You know they said, when love is no longer served in the table, stand up and get out. I'm glad you choose yourself. You might have these uncertainties but trust me, walking away doesn't mean selfishness or cowardice. It means bravery. You still have a lot of love to offer. It's just that, you realized it should be mutual.
The sun will rise again.
In the fullness of time, I hope you will be able to rebuild your inner peace. There will be challenges along the way. So take your brave heart with you. There are no sure tomorrows, but one thing I will assure you... whatever you're going through, it will pass. Love will find you, I promised.
-Your soul-mate.
