Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, It is almost the day where you finally become an adult and graduate high school. You spent all your years trying to find something more out of life and hopefully you have finally achieved that goal. I wonder what it would be like for you to walk down that stage and know that you have finally finished what you have worked so hard to accomplish. It runs through my mind if you know what you want to be or where you want to travel too. Maybe you will travel to Europe like you always dreamed of. Maybe you may even take your girlfriend with you. I imagine that you and Caylyn will still be together for a long time. I hope you are still going to the Marine Corps. I know that it was always a thing that we had wanted to do for a long time and I hope you are still determined to push towards that goal. It will be hard...but nothing is easy and you have to remember that. Just remember that 13 weeks isn't as long, compared to the rest of your life. I know you will succeed because all your family and friends will be supporting you throughout your rough journey until you finally reach your goal. You need to go find a place for your own now. Try to find something small like an apartment because we don't want to bite off more than we can chew. Something that is inviting and welcomes people, family, and friends. It has to be at least a two bedroom...one guest (or entertainment) and the other one will be your domain. Just remember to visit family or invite them over once in a while because you will be living a busy lifestyle and you need to make time for family--there should always be time for your family. I am proud of what you have done throughout your lifetime and I know you are going experience a lot more in life as well. Try new things and don’t be afraid to get dirty, you only have one life Daniel and you should enjoy it by exploring and not staying in one place while the world changes around you. You lived up to this moment where you will finally be able to live up to your expectations instead of those around you and you will be a free soul. So don’t just wander around looking for direction but make your own path, even if you have to shovel one. I hope that you are successful in life and that you are happy with everything that you have done from the moment you graduate until the end. I hope that will own a luxurious house with a luxurious wife ;) (lol). I hope you will have children and see them grow as you have grown and that they grow happy and full of health (also it would be okay to spoil them everyone once in a while). You are going to do great things throughout your lifetime, I can just feel it. I hope that you are not scared as I am right now writing this letter for you and just imagining what it would be like to grow up. Just live up to your expectations like you would have when you were younger and your life would be perfect. Be good and keep your nose clean Daniel. -Sincerely Past me
