Dear FutureMe,
You Think that maybe you did something wrong. I dont know if you've figured it out yet, but you did. You were shy and insecure and a fucking pathological liar. You'll look back on the me now and think, what the hell was she thinking. A social recluse that'ss been given the world and thrown it all away. You never were selfless like you'd wished. The hopes of finally being a good person were squashed when you started making those types of friends that live on making fun of others. YOU ARE NOT ELITE. YOU ARE NOT UNIQUE. I want you to remember this. You have someone who loves you, and If you haven't talked to her in a while, do so right at this moment. Her name is andrea henry (if you've forgotten, i'll be so sad for you.) She's your best friend, and the only person that may ever try to understand to you. Tell her the truth about everything that you've lied about. You know there are so many lies out there, so make it all clear. She might hate you at first, and not understand why you told them in the first place. You dont even know why now. I want you to try to love yourself for who you are right now, weather you're a newspaper editor, a doctor, or whatever you decided to be. Write a little, make a poem. Write a short story. God knows you probably need it in your life. I hope this writers block doesn't last this long. You'd never be able to survive until then if that's so.
And grant? Tell him that you loved him. If you aren't with him then, it's never meant to be. Let him go, because you ruined that the winter of 2007.
It will never be again.
Are you in love? I wish I could know now what it's like then, to be where you are. Maybe you're happy. If you're not, think about the times it could have been worse. Thinnk about doubting yourself for an entire year, and the way you grew up beyond your years in only a few months.
You will never be the same. And I'm proud of you if you stayed in Taiwan until the end.
Love yourself.
You're name is PAIGE SUSAN BORRELLI.
AND YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
