Have you stopped chasing happiness yet?

Dear FutureMe, Happy Valentine's Day! Are you married to JRP yet? If not you must be very excited because it's coming soon! Today is February 28, 2006 and you are planning on spending the rest of your life with him. (no engagement yet but I will wager the proposal is coming before march 17th?!) Of coarse, you are terrified of commitment so you may have bailed. I hope not because he is the best man you have ever dated, so kind, compasionate, handsome, and actually pays attention to you! And you love him dearly! He did have quite a bit of growing up to do but I think the two of you discussing it was the catalyst for him making some subtle changes. I do hope that you have given a little more though, you used to make him do all the giving and compromising. Don't be selfish Jen :( As I sit here, I have high hopes for the future that is right around the corner. Have you stopped chasing happiness yet? Have you realized that you have everything in the world that you could ever want for? The grass isn't greener on the other side, get some fertilizer and take care of your own grass! I surpress feelings everyday, like I am missing something better. Like life is going to be more fun, more adventurous, more fulfilling in some far off place. There are adventures to be had! Do you still feel this way or are you content in your life? Are you living in Colorado or did you choose to actually settled down & get your career going in TN? Do you still feel like you are missing out? Are you almost done seeking your adventures? Colorado is a vast landscape, have you explored it all yet? If you and JRP chose TN, which I think will be a sacrafice but a better long term decision, have you explored the mountains there? Are you going camping enough with JRP, Jade, and Keena? Is Keena the perfect little watch dog that you wanted? Don't slack on training Jade either, she is her own girl but don't let her walk you! Did you camp at green mount. resevior yet? You know you wanted to. If not, drive over their this coming 4th of July. Do it! Do you feel healthy and fit? You better! Do you look your best? Is your hair healthy , nails manicured? Do your skinny jeans still fit? Do you enjoy JRP's company to the fullest? Do you cut him enough slack? Don't be too hard on him! Do you call your sisters and the girls enough? Don't let those relationships slip away. Your sisters are your best friends. JDT, don't give up your dreams but don't chase pipe dreams. Live, love, and hug like today is your last. Let them all know how much you love and cherish them. Call grandma, grandpa, nona, & via. They miss you and love you. Send Via mail often, it makes her day. Let this email be an eye opener if you haven't lived up to your potential. You should be sitting pretty in Colorado or TN with the pups and the love of your life. I will be sad to see it didn't work out that way, unless it was meant to be. What was meant to be, will be..... Love, Me
