So you made it to 43, big woo. I hope you have lost some of the baggage on the way, the weight, the low life friends, the users. Be happy with who you are...you are a genuinely nice guy who deserves better...sure you may be fat, you may be queer, you may like doing cross stitch and your favorite singer is Bette Midler...but you are also clever, honest, creative and you kiss like a nyphomaniac on death row. Smile because you are happy not because thats what people expect to see. Don't be sad when people treat you badly, learn to scream 'GET FUCKED' at the top of your lungs, it will do you the world of good.
