A letter from April 15th, 2016

There is no way you are checking this email still............ Sweet Jesus you're in your thirties. You're OLD! lol I hope you don't feel old. I've always felt that as soon as you start 'feeling' old... you'll start looking and acting old. Aging is such a mental state. Where are you??? I'm still in St. Louis, teaching at Rockwood Summit. About to embark on my new adventure to Portland for Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Do you still think about your experience? Do you think it shaped you? I hope it did. Its funny though, because the past couple of days I have been writing emails to my future self and all of them somewhat sound the same.... lol I really should write to the future like once every couple of months so that the emails have something new to say, and that they're coming from different stages of life. Although to you.... this is new. Do you remember the last time you got a letter from the past? I have never really sent letters into the far future.... usually I send them half a year - a year or so in the future. Because I'm usually too excited to receive them lol. But these past couple I have sent are 2 years out, and 5 years out! and now 10! Are you married? If you're not are you okay with that? Because right now I feel like I would be. If you are - who is he?!?!? Ugh I just want to know. Do you have any kids? How are the sibs? parents? I love my family so much! warms my heart. Who ended up getting elected? Trump? Hilary? BERNIE? speaking of which.. do you ever see jackson and the twins anymore? #adamisbae4life <--- i half wrote that in there for the slight chance I may be married to him lol. Did they get re-elected? Has the world gone to ****? Is there a new invention that blew everyone's mind? like the internet did in the 90s? Are people still so easily offended by everything? Still friends with Hannah? Nikita? Jacob? Miranda? Ellen? Molly? Did a celebrity ever fall in love with you? woah so weird to think about the future. I love you so much! I hope all is well. pretty fat right now... lol so ill need to hop back on the health kick train.
