A letter from January 23rd, 2016

Dear FutureMe, Well you are getting this letter twice, i hope you read it both times and are happy with it. Hey... just so, ya know, you have something cool to read in here, ummm here's something you might need to read. I hope you still are the most encouraging, and ya know all around nice person around --yesterday, kaitlin and Gesia told the entirety of their charter school (like 12 people but BE PROUD OF THAT ANYWAY) that you were the person they go to when they need that extra "zest" in their lives, live up to that ****. I felt pretty **** great when they told me about it, I still do. Be that encouraging, "zesty" person, people need that sometimes (especially you and me). You(I) go around saying "YOU DA BEST!" to everyone because its something that you not only geniunely think about the people you say it to, but something that you genuinely believe people need to hear. Don't forget that. Okay. If you forgot, here it is. Remember it now. Also, if you haven't talked to some of your high school friends in a while. Go do that now. I want you to drop whatever the **** you are doing right now and go say "Hey, what's up?" to Naly, Estrella, Gesia, Kay-han (Kaitlin), Cassidy, Nathalie, Grace, Abby, Kierstin and anyone else that was very important to you back then, who is important to me now. You are not allowed to forget these people. If you have, I hope you start crying after reading this. You need these people. I need these people. I am not going to let these friendships go away. You are not going to let that happen. AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK BACK ON THIS AND BE AMUSED BY IT BECAUSE A FEW SHORT MONTHS AFTER WRITING IT, YOU GOT IN A FIGHT WITH NALY OR ESTRELLA OR SOME **** AND YOUR FRIENDSHIPS FELL APART. OKAY THAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAPPEN. YOU CANNOT LOSE THIS **** THAT IS SO, PHENOMENALLY IMPORTANT TO YOU OVER ANY PETTY PIECE OF **** FIGHT. Seriously, your friends are one of the most important things in the world to you, to me. You gotta make sure you keep them, for me. Maybe you'll remember this, and maybe you won't, but in case you don't heres a few things going on with me (you) right now. I'm a junior in highschool, Today is Friday, we had the day off, its teacher inservice day. Tim went to hang out with Paige before she got her flower tattoo. I was lazy all day, I played with a bouncy ball alot because I got restless and It's too cold and snowy to go outside to listen to music and ride the ripstick like i usually do. I skyped estrella and we played town of salem, then don't starve together. This year I was a stage hand for the musical, I joined tennis, and got that little foam finger. Paige showed me the "Popseeko" video and now its a tennis thing. I'm a link leader, although i'm not the best at it. Naly, Estrella and I just took our FBLA test on thursday. We're pretty confident we made it to state. I got my PSAT scores and I think I did well enough to be commended, but I won't know until september. I've been freaking out a lot on the inside lately, I think it's because of stress. I get very stressed out easily. I made a lot of plans with Naly to join clubs and take cooking classes next year. We also have travel plans. I'm currently terrified of driving. I really want to get a job, maybe at macdons, because some friends work there. I'm in ap lit with mrs saylor and we set up that special reading room as a class. I'm going to the key club convention later this year, and the band trip next year. Grandma called me a few days ago, It was a short conversation, but it made me really happy. I miss her, I havent seen her in a while. Mom went down there for work and she stayed with grandma. I was jealous. I wanna go down and see her sometime soon. Aca Deca this year was a let down. We had a two hour delay on the day of the competition and the buses couldn't run so we were disqualified because we couldn't go. As of right now I'm planning on doing it again next year, but its not set in stone. Right now, I think I'm going to college to be a chemical engineer, but thats just what I tell people, really I have no idea what i wanna do. Daniel came home from college today. I stayed at home while the family went to get him. I dont really know why, thats just kinda what I do. Yesterday mom and I went to Walmart for no particular reason, we talked a lot on the way down and back, i dont really remember what it was about, but It was fun, I bought some cute things, like a small clipboard and some funny face bouncy balls.
