A letter from January 22nd, 2016

Dear FutureMe, The year is 2016. We have yet to be overtaken by aliens. If you are receiving this email, I am expecting that remains the case. Unless, of course, they are friendly aliens looking to cohabitate then in which case - awesome. I am writing you from the confines of my (dad's office) and can't help but wonder if I will be reading this from the same location; although hopefully with a new chair by now. Although I wish I could know all that you know now, I would give ANYTHING to know what will happen in a matter of just a few days when we play the Broncos in the AFC championship game. This game has been a source of great anxiety for me to say the very least. I can also assume we are in the post Brady/Belichick era now. Kind of sad to think about. Anyway, I have compiled a list of questions that I hope you find interesting. Do you still frequent reddit, rotoworld, and barstool? Are you a dad? If yes, are you good at being a dad? Have you read any good books lately? How much do you make per year - after taxes? When was the last time you grew a beard? Does anyone make a better salt and vinegar chip than cape cod? Is Ranfac still around? If so, is it near 10 Million EBITDA (AKA the time to sell)? I guess that's all. Bye.
