Dear 30 year old Anja, Happy birthday! How are your tattoos? Have they gotten expanded with the years passed? And if you didn't get your radio ear ***** when you turned 19, make sure to get yourself a pair! I sincerely hope that you have not made the mistake to get married, but if that is the case I hope that you now are living your life with a person who likes liquorice, does not eat dead animals (or humans, for that matter), is a pacifist, has dreads and owns at least two objects with motives of Pink Floyd and/or Led Zeppelin. And who of course treats you with respect and a good will. I hope you haven't lost your Italian direction and that your beloved ones are still in life. Visited South America yet? If not, it is right on time you start that voyage as soon as possible! By now you should be over your loss as well, even though you did not think of it as an alternative that day when you sat there that Monday afternoon in your English classroom, writing this letter.
