For 30 year old me, written by 15 year old me.

Time Travelled — almost 13 years

Peaceful right?

FOREWORD I gotta admit, upon sending this It's actually the 1st of February 2014 (I only just found out about this site). I wrote this as a note on Facebook to read on my 30th birthday but I'm pretty adamant about the fact that Facebook won't be a thing in 2026. Guess you'll be the one to know. Anyway, I don't really agree with a lot of the views and opinions stated in this letter, but hell this was 2 years ago god knows how things will change by the time you get this. There's nothing else I want to really amend as this was meant to be seen 15 years from when I wrote it, however I will say one thing about career aspects. As of now I want to work in the FTV industry and I want to live in America. Hopefully, that has happened if not well I guess it's too late to start making life changing decisions like that. Anyway, enjoy your life as it currently is in whatever place I'm living. Hope things worked out as I planned them (unlikely, but we'll see). Peace. Liam John Taylor (1/2/2014 - 17 years old) LETTER TO 30 YEAR OLD LIAM TAYLOR FROM 15 YEAR OLD LIAM TAYLOR Hey me!I gotta admit, I took the idea for this letter from How I Met Your Mother. I hope by now you actually know who Ted's wife is. Anyway. At this stage in life I'd expect 1 of 3 things from your career. 1. You're dead. 2. You're a lawyer. 3. You're a Musician. If you're not any of those things then something big has happened. At the moment I'm best mates with Connor James (I think) Carfrae and I hope you still are. He's a top bloke and I really hope you still stay in contact with the rest of 'The gang'. Except rikkyah. Well at this stage I've only been playing guitar for 4 years and I'm pretty decent. I also hope that by now you can shred better than Roma. Also Roma better be signed by now if not I'll be really mad. I already know that time travel isn't possible, I already tested it. So that's dissapointing. I'm a christian and I'm trying to grow in my faith, despite all the atheism on the internet and in modern society. I drink waaaaaaaaay too much caffeine and I hope that hasn't messed you up too much. If it has, my apologies. I'm also trying to cut back on my eating so as not to cause any health problems to you. The National curriculum has been implemented this year and it sucks. Luckily though I only have to deal with it for this year. My main possesions are: My Dell inspiron laptop, Ibanez RG Premium (1st year model), DBZ Imperial AB, Alvarez Classic Custom and a Bugera V55 combo and cab. I'm too much of a gamer, but I enjoy it none the less. I don't really know what to say of my relationships with women. I kinda have a crush on Dana, but she's going out with someone and she lives in toowoomba. I don't really have any expectations of you. If you're married, single or getting married. I just hope you're not ***. You also better not have broken your vow to stay selibate till marriage. This is probably going to be really embarrasing to read as well. But that's your problem. Favorite artists: Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Dream Theater, Symphony X, Periphery, Roma Ivakov. That's the short version anyway. But I might as well end things here and here are my expectations of what you've been doing for the past 15 years. 1. Not given a **** about what others think 2. Never lend money to Josh 3. Never get drunk at Matts 4. Have a good time, all the time 5. All of the above. Hope you had a ****** past 15 years and enjoy your 30th Birthday! Happy birthday, man! Although I'm not sure if it is today or the 15th of July, regardless, congratulations! I hope you have grown in your faith and are now living a life you are content with.
