Dear FutureMe,
It's now November. I hope you've achieved some things for yourself, namely the following:
1) Finished the Mulan fic. It IS finished, right? 'Cause this is, like, six months later, my dude.
2) Went to France and met Juu, best Frenchwoman ever, am I right?
3) Started studying Japanese again for your trip to Japan in 2027.
4) For heaven's sake, I REALLY hoped you moved into the new office on Fletcher. If you haven't by now, then that's friggin' ridiculous.
5) Also, maybe started that Instagram account? Or better yet, I hope you didn't. I hope you decided that all that social media hype wasn't worth it, and that you decided to put your time and energy to better use.
6) Started doing Joe Dispenza meditations every day. Yes, I know it takes an hour, but remember that you used to spend an hour a day scrolling through Tumblr or watching YouTube videos. Your time could be better spent actually meditating and dismantling your old programming.
7) Put to use the Stoic principles you've been learning, especially the one about quitting scrolling, living with silence, and cutting out talk that is draining your energy but not adding value (you know who I'm talking about).
If you haven't done these by now, then get started. NOW. Not in December. Not in 2027. I mean, like, NOW now. Like Loid Forger once said, "No time like the present."
You do know who Loid Forger is, don't you?
You do? Okay, good. I was afraid you were losing your touch there for a minute.
Anyway, talk to you in another six months.
Love ya. Ciao!
