Hey my love,
As I write this, you're walking down the subway of the great concrete jungle India: Gurgaon, where you're interning at a place only heard of from the mouths of your biggest professors. You're working on big brands, touring hard, trying to make friends with family, interning and interacting with big names and bigger designers all around you. All of them probably twice as bright, talented and amazing as you are. But I want you to know that you're standing in the same room. Doing the same things, and you will get there one day.
I'm learning everyday. Everyday is harder but more important than the last. By the time you get this, you'll probably be graduating. This really was an important year for us, wasn't it?
You're 23 years old. Isn't that surreal? Do you have a job now? Even if you don't it's fine honestly. I'm sure your destiny has far more important things for you than that. I hope the next six months of your life are spent learning, enjoying, collaborating, and not being completely exhausted.
Oof, I also hope your graduation project turns out amazing. It's already turning out well! 14 sets of packaging in 1 month is not easy. So not bad, intern.
I love you. Take care of your family. They need you. You need them. Also, the most exciting part? I heard you're getting that iPad? And PRO?#*#*÷*=
FINALLY. Please, please make amazing ****. Improve yourself. Can't wait to see it.
