A letter from Apr 26, 2026

Time Travelled — 6 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe: This is a letter to God! Dear God, it's 9:20pm on Sunday the 26th of April, 2026; my heart is burdened. My heart is heavy. "I will not fail God" – these are the only words I can say. I will not fail God. I will spend my life for God. I feel broken; I want God to fill my being. I want nothing else, no one else but God. To be totally wasted before him. To fulfil ALL that has been said concerning me. That on the last day, my life is not like that of Solomon Grundy but a woman who can boldly say, 'I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race and I have kept the faith.' On the last day ten thousand souls will be recorded on my account. Again, I ask myself, what will this cost? Sleep? Lord, I’m willing to give that way a thousand times. Games? Lord have it all. Social media, I let it go. I just want you. You alone, oh God. God help me to love you. Help me to spend my life doing your biddings. Help me, God!
