Time Travelled — 6 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Dear Nayeli, Hi, I hope everything is going well. Yesterday was my birthday, and I really liked it. Nayeli, Dana, Arusha, and Tina came to spend my birthday with me, and it actually made me feel very loved and appreciated. I really love it, and I just feel very happy to have met these people who are willing, even if they don't enjoy Latino music, to be with me for the whole four hours or for the whole night or for the whole afternoon, especially Arusha. I also went to see Romeo Santos' concert, even though we were in almost the last row. It was amazing. I really like his performance and Prince Royce as well, and it was amazing. I don't know, I just felt very happy. I have a lot of homework right now, but I don't care because I will probably just lock in this afternoon after the Chipotle event that you and your team are organizing for Branda people. I'm very excited for that, and I just want to tell you how happy I am and how proud I am of being part of, I don't know, the life you're living. I recently came out of a very problematic love experience, if you know, but after talking to Yarmulka, she told me that when a man likes you, you will know, you just know. This guy doesn't like me, so it's okay. I really, really, really, really, really don't care anymore, and I feel like there are more important things to do. I uninstalled Instagram, but I'll probably install it sometime, maybe during the summer or whatever. I just want to make my summer as productive as possible and be able to just focus on becoming the best version of myself for the next year. I hope you are the version you hope to become. I think that maybe, no boys, or if you have someone, I don't know. I think we need to become the best versions of ourselves before we want to adopt another person into our lives. I think that was a problem with us in the first place, because we were always waiting to find someone, we were constantly looking for someone to join us when we really didn't need them in the first place. *** is something anyone can give you, but after it's done, I really don't know if it's really worth it. Your body is something very precious and very unique, and I feel you should contemplate it and also take care of it. That's my advice. Tell me how it goes. I hope that today, on your birthday, everything you wish for comes true or close. I just want to tell you how much I'm proud of you, how proud I am of you, and how happy I am that you have become the person you have become today. You'll be 22 by the time you are reading this card. I just want to say that I'm very happy about all the decisions you have taken, even though they might seem a bit wrong in the first place. They are yours, and I feel they are the reason why we are in the place we are right now. Let me know how it goes and report back to your future self or your past self, whatever you want to call it. Thank you. Love you. XOXO, Nayeli, your favorite person
