Time Travelled — 6 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hey future me, Okay first of all… hi. That’s kinda weird to say but also kinda cool? Like imagine me right now writing to you. Time travel vibes fr. I don’t know where you are in life right now. Maybe everything’s going great, maybe it’s messy, maybe it’s somewhere in between. But I just wanna remind you of a few things in case you forgot (because you will forget, you always do). Right now, I’m still figuring stuff out. I overthink a lot, I laugh at random things, I get excited over small things, and yeah… I mess up too. But I’m trying. Like actually trying. And I hope you didn’t lose that. Did you keep your dreams? Or did you change them? Either way is okay, just don’t settle for something that makes you feel small. You deserve more than that. Also… please tell me you didn’t become boring 😭 Like do you still have your weird energy? Your chaotic moments? Your random ideas at 2 a.m.? I really hope so. And hey, if things didn’t go how we planned… it’s fine. You made it this far, didn’t you? That counts for something. Actually, it counts for a lot. I hope you’re happy. Not like “perfect life” happy, but real happy. The kind where you feel okay being yourself. And if you’re not… then this is your reminder to fix that. Slowly. Gently. But don’t ignore it. One more thing—be proud of yourself. Even if it feels cringe. You’ve probably survived things I can’t even imagine yet. Anyway, I should stop before this turns into a whole emotional speech 💀 Take care of yourself, okay? From your past self (the cooler version, obviously)
