A letter from Mar 27, 2026

Dear Future Me, Hi there, it's me from the past !!! Oh my gosh, how are you? Right now it's 3/27/2026 and I'm 16. I'm about to go on spring break next week and it's Friday right now. I'm wondering, have you found your husband yet? If so, what's his name? What is he like? He better believe in Jesus ok, no if and's or buts. If you haven't that's ok, don't worry you'll find him soon. Hows your relationship with God? Don't forget to read your bible and spend time with him. He loves you girly, hes always there. Do you have a job? what did you end up picking? Did you end up becoming a florist or child life specialist? Also did you end up moving and where? Right now I would love to move to the country and have some land where I could stargaze and have a farm. As of today my best friends are (ppl I will not name for privacy). Please tell me you didn't lose touch with them. If you did, why and how can you fix it? I want you to remember a few things, ok? Number 1, always put God first. Number 2, live everyday like its your last. Don't let a moment pass you by without seizing every second of it. Lastly, number 3, don't be afraid to be yourself. Don't let anyone tell you who you are or should be (except God). Don't forget to speak up and share your opinion, it matters. ( This advice applies to you also if you're a stranger reading this btw) I want to further say to whoever is reading this, please turn to God. Even if you what so ever don't believe in a God, pray to him, he will answer. He loves you, whoever you are and what's the harm in praying to something that doesn't exist, right? Now if you're wondering what God I'm speaking of it's Jesus Christ. The one true God. I would love to sugar coat things but I can't, one day you will meet him and if you have rejected him in this life you will go to hell. But if you accept him as your lord and savor and you confess with your tongue and believe in your heart that he is the one and only true God you live for eternally because he has washed all of your sins clean by dying for us on the cross and defeating the grave 3 days later.(Really long sentence lol) Making it so we can live with him in heaven. Maybe one day I will meet you in heaven and we can talk all about this. ( look up John 3:16) Anyways back to what I was saying. To myself, to wrap it up here, I want to say keep going you have got this and remember to not be afraid. Remember they can **** the body but not the soul. Keep fighting the fight and also remember these verses when you are afraid or just need encouragement. Isaiah 41:10, Romans 8:18, Romans 8:31 and Matthew 28:20.
