Dear Vee, I'm not ignorant of the work you're putting in 'your growth process'.Its how you stretch yourself to become better to how you are taking intentional steps to becoming self-aware and also gradually building resilience, this alone is impressive and heartwarming my darling. I love you Vickie, and I want to be vocal about it . And by the time this drops in your mail- I believe a significant change has been noticed and recorded and there's also a huge gap between who you were last year and who you're now.
