Dear FutureMe, If ur seeing this you have eighter made it or today is the first day you are going to start. My whole life i've felt shy, unproductive and unworthy of being here or being in a group, and i've always thought of breaking out of my shell bet never did because of my bad habits of procrastinating. Sociale media is a toxic drug it shortens your attention span, it isolates you from the real world and you are littrally looking trought the lens of someone else's life while your in bed scrolling. Six months...I'm giving you six months to change your bad habits and to delete all social media of of that stupid device. If you start now you won't regret it you will have so much more free time on your hands, and with that free time you will be bored for the first few week or month I garantee you. But that just means you have to fill it with activities from the REAL world. You could get a week-end/ vacation job, you could be the meuf sportive you always wanted to be and get in to sports hobbies like: afrodance, boxing, skating, karate track or even football, you can express your creativity WITHOUT taking inspo from pintrest but with your own unique ideas. In those six month's you will really find yourself, you wil be your own rolemodel and the person you've always wanted to be. If it's six months later and your six months clean DON'T stop keep on going, we as humans where never supposed to have phones anyways.
