A letter from Mar 03, 2026

Dear Future Me, I am ecstatic to have received a Tournament Time Role in Venue Transport. I hope that I continue to learn and apply my understanding of my effects on other FAs (departments) and actively thinking ahead. I also want to continue to cultivate meaningful and personal connections to future and current relationships and connections. I want to remember to stay present and remember to take a step back and breathe. It probably went by so quickly and (hopefully be able to) take in all that is this tournament. I will celebrate by going on a vacation/trip and finding a job that aligns with my values and interests (Maybe Brazil Women's Cup 2027 or LA28). I think I want to stay in a tournament circuit for the time being while I am young and continue to experience the richness of life and environment around us (nature and cultures, etc.) but do not have a closed-minded approach and be open to any and all opportunities. Most that work in this field have a curvy road and do not have a straight line approach in the career journey. I wanted to pursue Sport Management because I wanted an outlet to put a smile on other people's faces and/or introduce them to the joy of sport. Be grateful. Take advantage of the moment. Just remember to smile. See you in the sun.
