Dear Future Me,
Future Me,
Right now, I’m not there yet—physically, mentally, emotionally, or financially. But I see the bigger picture, the bigger future, the silver lining in everything I’ve done and come from. I’m building toward it every day, stacking wins in all areas of life so that what I’m creating now pays off later.
Physically, I’m aiming for 195 pounds of solid muscle, perfectly symmetrical and proportioned. I want a chest, arms, and body so stunning that when I see myself in the mirror, I fall in love with every inch. I want to be auto-****** with myself—confident, proud, in awe of the form I’ve built. Strength, endurance, agility—everything I do should feel effortless. Squats, presses, pulls, capoeira, yoga, animal flow—I want to move like a superhuman, fluid, energized, unstoppable. Every day, I want my energy and confidence at 100, my movements smooth, my vitality lifelong.
Nutrition fuels this version of me. My perfect day of eating is wholesome, fresh, and deliberate: eggs, fruit, grains, and milk for breakfast; salmon, tuna, pasta, or light, refreshing meals for lunch; steak, chicken, or other delicious whole foods for dinner. Snacks are intentional, nourishing, and enjoyable. Supplements are a superhuman stack—ginseng, vitality boosters, and holistic, natural nutrients that keep my body sharp, resilient, and recovering fast. Sleep is uninterrupted, eight hours of pure recovery, and my muscles bounce back fully every day. My movement practices are on point, my workouts progressively stronger, and my downtime is purposeful—building skills, my brand, or creating additional income. Hobbies are enriching: reading, podcasts, learning, and networking to grow.
Financially, I’m disciplined. I save $100–$300 every month, avoiding impulse purchases, focusing on growth. My side hustles bring in additional income—$500 a month from projects I enjoy without risking my SSDI. I’m building stability and freedom, creating a nest egg and backup plan so life can expand without stress.
Life isn’t just about growth—it’s about experiences. I see myself connecting with leaders in health and nutrition, attending seminars, retreats, and networking. Trips are on the map: DC, Vegas, Hawaii, Canada, Tokyo—the world is open, waiting for exploration. My life feels rich and full because I continue building, enhancing, and living intentionally every single day.
When I read this letter years from now, I want to feel proud, unstoppable, and fulfilled. I want to know I didn’t waste my time. Every choice, every workout, every dollar saved, every meal eaten with purpose—it all came together to create the version of me I envisioned.
Keep showing up. Keep grinding. Keep building. You are on the right path, and everything you’re doing now matters more than you know.
With vision and respect,
You—Today
