A letter from Feb 17, 2026

Time Travelled — 9 months

Peaceful right?

Dear Sab, ‎On this day, I made the biggest mistake—I hurt you so much. I think this might be the last time we see each other. If not, I still love you so much. How can I unlove you when I met the happiest, best version of myself when we were together? ‎ ‎I’m sorry for the things I said. To be honest, I was angry, and I just miss you. That’s how I found a way to talk to you and try to forget you at the same time. I’m sorry—I was struggling in life too, and I needed you so much because talking to you heals me. ‎ ‎What I gave you wasn’t for gratitude; it was all for love. And maybe that was wrong, and maybe love isn’t that easy. I think we’ll meet again somewhere, but not like before—no longer full of love. ‎ ‎I’m sorry for the hurtful things I said. I was overwhelmed. When you said you burned our letters, it felt like we meant nothing to each other, like you burned all our memories. I wish you had given them to me instead of burning them. Those letters were so precious to me. ‎ ‎You may have lost hope in college, but there are many other ways. I’m here to catch you, help you, and take care of you—but maybe that’s not what you want. you lost hope, my love. You didn’t believe in my abilities, and now nothing is the same. ‎ ‎I’m sorry for everything, my love. ‎Maybe in another life. ‎
