A letter from Feb 16, 2026

Time Travelled — 6 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, So, here's a recap.....6 months ago, you were sitting on the couch, high, beginning the first day of the new 6 Minute Diary routine. The date is Feb. 16, 2026 and you're *finally* beginning a new era. You stepped back your hours the first week of January. You now work one weekend a month + whatever other shifts you choose to pick up. You did have a good week or so off before actually picking up shifts. lol. But of course they were in a pickle. You picked them up though, because you wanted to and felt happy to do so. You then were in FL from Jan 19. 2026 - Feb 11. 2026. You started to read the 6 Minute Diary prior to going to FL. However, once in FL too much was going on that wasn't planned and you weren't ready to commit to the routine so it waited. As soon as you returned to FL you were watching Easton until Megan got back from Honduras so! That leaves today for Day One! So.....future Stephanie....6 months from now will be August. The weather will be just as you prefer...WARM or HOT! I think that you will be much happier due to following this routine. You will have gotten a handle on the THC use and really have become committed to being healthy to create longevity. Despite what may or may not being going on with Zach, I really do feel you will have stuck to your **** on this with the help from numerous resources, probably Rosemary as well, and I see you more confident, physically healthier and more hopeful for my own future....not just ignoring my own and focusing on everyone else's future and happiness and outcome in life. In 6 months I see you and Bob starting to form a plan about how up north will work and if he will or won't go for this new supervisor position. I hope you feel content and really listen to your soul. I hope you've started to find the real you and honor her. Don't hide her. There's probably a lot more I could write, like about Jean and Dale and work and the kids. However, I do have to honor my other commitments and my goals for today and would like to end the email now. I hope you are happier, Steph. Be kind to yourself. Love Steph
