Time Travelled — 7 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I submitted my application for the STP a few weeks ago. By now, you're either getting ready to start it or you didn't get the role and you're doing something else or figuring life out. Either way, I know that this is all part of God's plan and no matter the outcome, He is in control. If you're getting ready to start, make sure to keep your head down, focus, and work hard. If you're there it's because God called you to be, and even if your colleagues have PhDs or 10 years of experience, you also deserve to be there. Remember that where you are now that is what you used to pray for so give God thanks in everything. If you didn't get the STP role I hope that didn't make you sad to read loool. God knows best and He sees the bigger picture. Remember that everything will work together for your good so don't wish away this time as it's still part of your journey. Use this as a time to learn and grow, to appreciate no academic stress, and to plan for the future. Keep an open mind with your career - a lot can change in a few months. STP or not, God is still good and He deserves the praise in every situation. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." Colossians 3:22
