A letter from Feb 10, 2026

Dear Future Me, Assalamu Alaikum, Tahmid. I’m writing this at the very beginning of my business journey. I want you to remember why you started — not just what you achieved. I started this journey for the sake of Allah, trusting Him completely. I didn’t begin with certainty of outcomes, but with faith, effort, and sincere intention. I wanted halal success — success that brings peace, barakah, and dignity. I chose this path to build a better life for myself and for my family. To support them, protect them, and give them opportunities I once prayed for. I wanted to be someone they can rely on, someone whose hard work translates into comfort, security, and respect. There were days when fear, doubt, and exhaustion showed up. If you’re reading this now, remember: those days were part of the process, not signs of failure. Every test was allowed by Allah to shape you, not break you. If you have succeeded — say Alhamdulillah, stay humble, and never forget who made it possible. Use your success to do good, help others, and stay grounded in your deen. If you are still struggling — don’t lose heart. Allah sees effort, not just results. Keep going. Keep your intention pure. Victory comes in many forms, and Allah’s timing is perfect. Whatever stage you are at, remember this: You began with faith. You walked with patience. And you trusted Allah when the path was unclear. May Allah keep you sincere, grateful, disciplined, and strong. May He put barakah in your work and protect your heart from arrogance and despair. This was your promise to yourself. — Tahmid Siddique
