Dear FutureMe, I am currently in Week 4 of Diversity in the Classroom. I think "diversity in the classroom" looks is compiled so many different factors. One of those factors are students who differ by race, gender, abilities, religion, SES, and interests. Students are not going to be the same. Another factor is the diversity in the classroom you will need to nurture to ensure your students are taken care of. You may have a diverse classroom of students that need specialized instruction, accommodations, preferred seating, inclusive materials, and personalized worksheets/stories.
