A letter from Jan 24, 2026

Dear FutureMe, When you read this you will be pregnant, moved into the new house and decorating it to build your new family home! Think back to the start of 2023… how much has changed. You never thought you would found your person, let alone get married and have finally started your IVF journey. 6 months is so nearby and everything is on the horizon. Everything I’ve ever wanted has already come into action and the final pieces are now left. Life may have been slow to start but it’s not in an extreme forward trajectory. The next 6 months will be busy, emotional and also stressful. I hope in 6 months time you can say my stress levels are lower, I can manage it better and let go of pointless things quickly. I hope you are laughing more and smiling. Your baby will be kicking, how excited and strange to think right now! Ahh lives been a crazy crazy journey for many reasons. You cannot know true happiness without true sadness l we’ve have our fair share of sadness, now it’s making everything so much sweeter! Trust the journey and believe it, now is our time! Build the life you always dreamed of (just try not to piss of Ro in the process lol, we will!) Love you, See you in 6 months!!!
