Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today I am experiencing stress in the following ways. My dogs get on my **** nerves sometimes. My girlfriend gets on my **** nerves sometimes. Life doesn’t go the way I want it to go sometimes. And on top of that, these teachers be ************ me. It feels like no matter how hard I try, something is always testing my patience or pushing my buttons. But even with all that, I know it’s going to be okay. Right now, I’m learning how to deal with pressure without letting it turn me bitter. I’m learning how to pause instead of reacting. I’m learning that frustration doesn’t mean failure, it just means I care. I care about my future, my relationship, my goals, and the kind of man I’m trying to become. Over the next year, I want you to remember that this stress was part of the process. I hope you found better balance. I hope you learned how to communicate instead of bottle things up. I hope you stayed focused even when things felt unfair or annoying. And I hope you didn’t let temporary irritation distract you from long term progress. If you’re reading this in a better place, don’t forget what it took to get there. If you’re still dealing with stress, just know you’ve already survived worse than this. You were never meant to have everything figured out at once. You were just meant to keep going. No matter where you are now, give yourself credit. You didn’t quit. And that matters more than anything. Keep pushing. It’s gonna be okay.
