A letter from Jan 17, 2026

Time Travelled — 6 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today is Saturday the 17th of January 2026 19:29 pm. I'm starting my journey tonight, and I'm hoping when this reaches you on July 17th, you have continued to do all you have said you would, and that things are going better.I'm here to let you know things are going to get better. I'm going to try drinking more water, taking my vitamins daily, walking, studying more, just everything I can do to become a better version of myself and to actually be proud of who I am. I'm going to try be a kinder person, and I hope when this reaches you, you've learnt to love yourself, and to show the people around you how much you love them. The next couple of months are going to be tough, and you are going to have to put in the work to get where you want to be. I know some days its going to be hard for you to get out of bed, and to take that next step. But once you do you learn to take the next, and the next and the next, and then you can begin to learn how to run. Remember that its okay to take a break every once in a while, even cars run out of gas and need to re-fuel. You should never feel ashamed for taking a break, as it can always make you come back stronger. I hope when you are reading this, you are happy with who you are. I hope you get to look back on the past and see how far you have come over the course of these 6 months, and I hope you can be proud. Remember you are loved, and even when it feels like the who world is against you and your cant get out of bed, learn to get up and force yourself to keep moving, as your dreams wont wait up for you. I hope this letter finds you in a better place, and I hope you can be proud of me. And to anyone else that may read this, know that I am proud of you too, you are loved, and even when the world seems like it is against you, there is always someone out there who will love you. - S
