A letter from Jan 14, 2026

Dear FutureMe, I think it should be your last day by the time you receive this...I want you to remember that first "top 5 priorities" meeting you had with the team, and the excitement you felt being in a room full of women in leadership positions, and them smiling and excitedly updating their peers on where they were at that week. You were sitting there ready to cry, because you couldn't believe how amazing it was to be in that room with them. There was passion, excitement, care, confidence, and friendship in that room. I'm new in this office today, 1/14/26, but I can't wait to be you and have experienced this fellowship till the end. Will you be a different person then? To my turtle dove... Me
