Time Travelled — 9 months

Peaceful right?

To the me that will be reading this on the day of my birth, if you still exist at that point, will you still be the same as you've always been? Hatred, jealousy, and envy for those around you? Will you continue blaming the past and people you know have done no wrong just to distract yourself from the fact that you are not a good person? Are we doomed to repeat this cycle for all of eternity? Are we destined to fall in love with someone we can not have? Playthings to our own desires? Watch as time moves forward, with or without us. Observe life, complain about things that are unfair, yet do nothing to change anything. Laze around in the empty WHITE SPACE of our mind, waiting for something to happen. Days blending into one another, losing track of time, the struggle to remember even the most basic of things.. it's all silly, is it not? I barely recognize myself, no, you. We don't know anything about ourselves. We lie to the point that people only know the parts that are meant to please them. And even that is too much for us. We care too much, we love too much, we long for more too much. And where does that bring us? Back here. Back to the self that will always be present in every one of us. From the bottom of my heart, I hate you. I've always hated you ever since that first mistake you made. But deep down, I know such a strong feeling is miniscule when it comes to us. Anger, hatred, happiness, sadness, it's all been dulled over the years. The hate I hold barely holds any weight, only saved by these words. I hope to never see you again, but knowing fate, our paths will inevitably cross, and when that day comes, I wish nothing but for you to be erased not only from my own mind, but from everyone else too. Finally, be freed from the burden of living.
