I hope you are moving away from negativity and forging forward with love. Sit alone, ground, empty your mind and practice gratitude. Move more in an energy flowing way. Clear lymphatic system Eat well and from the garden as much as possible. Journal so you can pass on your wisdom. Remain a student of life and above all live in the present and enjoy every moment.
