A letter from Nov 16, 2025

Dear Miss S, I hope you are well. I just wanted to write and update you of some of me current achievements so far, after you've left the school. I know you won't be able to read it, but I love the way to write emails and send it off :) Now I am moving on to sixform, studying Drama, Photography, and Biology. I dropped Psychology as it is not really something that I would like to continue in my future. I saved my spot for Drama!! Although my parents are still arguing with me that I should've drop drama instead of Psychology, but the good news is I won the debate between us! I hope you are having a great life? How's your new school and new job? I have no doubt that you are enjoying your life so far. I auditioned for the Scholarship last week, talking about my passion in Theatre and technical side of Drama. Whether I got it or not, I think it will always be a great thing to try out, but it is sad that you are not here, recognizing with me together, however I know at some point, you will be able to know. I dreamt of you two nights before, and it was such a inspiring dream, that I never want to wake up. It is really hard to adjust myself into a new sixoform life, can't lie. Oh yes, and House Drama - we didn't win, nor did I get the best technical team, but I know you will be proud of me somehow, that I operated sound, projection, lighting, and smoke at the same time! It is something that I didn't do before, which is a new challenge for me. I really miss you, I really, really do. I hope you like the nails that I made for you, I know they are not pretty enough to wear, but I made them with care and time! And sorry, for being too emotional a lot of times, but it is something that I am not able to control of, but I'm sorry. I am also sorry if I put too much pressure on you sometimes, I know it is hard to adjust for you. I am also sorry, for relying on you too much that you might think of, and I know you don't like it either, so I'm sorry, I really am. I hope we can meet each other someday in the future. I know it won't be in the UK, but somewhere else perhaps? I really do hope that I can see you again, and share with you my ideas and new plans for the future. I know, we will meet each other someday, in the future, maybe 20 years later? I look forward to this day, and if not, I always wish you happiness and always having the freedom and joy of being yourself. Stay healthy and happy. Best Wishes, KL
