I hope you have realized by now that true leadership is not about waiting for the perfect moment but about creating it. Your goal was to lead more boldly, to facilitate alignment without being slowed down by politics or over-caution. I hope you have learned to lean into discomfort when needed, to use your voice more readily, and to keep compassion as your anchor while making faster, clearer calls. Stay humble but act.
