Dear FutureMe,
You’re at a point where you don’t know what’s going to happen. Breaking up with Ezekiel, trying to find a new home and struggling with alcoholism. Not to mention feeling like you can’t be yourself. Not to people at work, friends or family.
But you can, I know you can. It’s just a sale of willpower. Right now, it’s the 8th of November and you’re watching Marvel Endgame. Drinking cheap wine while waiting for rice to cook and to get drunk enough to enjoy being alive. The moment, you get the opportunity to do better. Please.. do better. You want it. So, 6 months from now - I’m hoping to see some improvement. From the day you are able to leave this apartment and make your own home. The moment you have the freedom to enjoy your life. DO IT. Go for dinners by yourself. Go for morning jogs, no matter how annoying it might be at first. Make friends. Go on dates without it becoming years. Romanticise your own life. Not a life with someone else.
And get a new tattoo or something.
Just enjoy yourself. I hope you are anyway.
I love you and see you in six months!
Florebit en eternium or whatever we have tattooed on our ribs lmao.
