Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today is Wednesday. You're sitting in your office in your new home. By all accounts you should be happy. You have a nice paying job and a nice new home that's all yours. Except you feel more alone than ever with no one to talk to. Noone to discuss your problems with. You have a husband, but he's only for the good and happy times and has no interest in your unhappy thoughts and feelings. You have a mother, but she's only waiting for you to give her money and waiting for your life to screw up so she can say "I told you so". You have no one. Not one in this whole wide world. You want to celebrate your new home by throwing a housewarming party the day before your birthday. But your husband is against it because the land is owned by his parents. And they don't want a catholic priest to bless your home. But your husband won't even ask them. He says he just knows they won't allow it. In your own home. You feel so empty and unmotivated by life nowadays. We're just waiting for things to be over and days to pass. I hope you're in a happier state of mind by the time you read this. I hope you'll have someone to talk to. I hope you're not alone. I hope you read this and say it got better in the end. Love, Past you
