A letter from Nov 04, 2025

Dear FutureMe, Where do I want to be as a leader in 6 months? Give constructive feedback, have more self-confidence and believe in what I am doing, being able to assign tasks in a better manner. Coach my team in order for them to become their better versions. Be more assertive, especially to those, who see themselves in a spotlight but they are actually not. What will be different about my situation? I will have more experience, relived more situations, also tough ones where I would need to show assertiveness and be sure of my decisions. What will I have learned until then? Toughness, assertiveness, being sure of who I am and what I represent. Most important aspect: I will be looking forward to a role in Germany once again.
