Dear FutureMe, No matter what is going on, you WILL get through it. With each inhale, you breathe in the vast possibilities, hope, and strength. With each exhale, you release the pressure, stress, and unknown. YOU are a force to be reckoned with! You have endured much, survived, and most importantly conquered! You have the fortitude and will power, the drive and tenacity. You're the bombdiggity baby! You really are. Now is not the time to crawl under a rock (though you want to). Now is the time to SHINE. Now is the time to get clear and make choices. Now is the time to take daily action habits, baby steps. Now is the time to charge forward and make it happen! You have what it takes - you always have. You CAN DO THIS - you always find a way. Put your shoulders back. Your chin up. Nod your head up and down and say, "YES, I'VE GOT THIS!" Because you do. Know it. Feel it. Own it. Shine on, Rockstar!
