hiii
i havent done these in while but beside me is a note where i have written a few points to cover in this letter to youuu. im not sure whether ill make this public or not.
firstly i have taken a gap year mid university , and i cant say my whole worlds changed but i can say i am ready to go back and carry on and finish this degree. the course i am doing is very much looked up to (it's health/ medical) so everytime i feel negative it makes me feel extra guilty but i have learnt it is okay to feel this way. I should give myself the same grace as i give everyone else. i will carry on and try my best.
The second lesson i have learnt is that its okay to take rest days - it is not a waste. this reminded me of those fitness clips where the trainer always pleads the viewer to take rest days to help heal the muscles so growth can occur. i guess i can apply this to myself too.. for me to grow i need to rest too and being overworked only damages and hinders progress.
the third lesson i have learnt is that its acc okay to not look the best. i still struggle with this, especially as a girl, but not looking beautiful is okay and it isnt the end of the world. being a beautiful person and making a positive impact is better and more achievable (for me atleast lol).
fourthly i will be more organised. organised in my messyness too, knowing when the limit is haha.
this is kind of different to the letters i usually send, i just hope you are a good person and i hope you achieve things you want. I usually write very specific goals in these letters, but i now believe it is kind of useless. everyday is different and my specific goals are forever changing, sometimes overnight, so writing them here and then reading them will just make me feel like i havent achieved them, and thats okay cos i have achieved other things.
