Dear Julian 👀👋,
I hope you’re doing well and still taking care of yourself. Looking back, I’ve learned that coping and resilience are not about avoiding challenges, but about learning how to stay calm and keep moving forward.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that it’s okay to take a break when things feel overwhelming. My top coping strategies is taking deep breaths, going for a walk, playing or listening to music, and spending time with friends have helped me stay balanced and find peace during stressful times. I’ve also discovered the joy of learning new things, like playing the drums and cycling with friends, which keep me motivated and happy.
I wish I had known earlier that stress is a normal part of growth, and that asking for help or taking time for myself doesn’t mean I’m weak. These experiences have made me stronger, more patient, and more resilient.
So, future me whenever life gets tough, remember how far you’ve come. Keep breathing, keep learning, and trust that you can handle anything that comes your way.
With love,
Your past self 💞🫂
