Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, it's exactly 125 days to your 27th birthday. Isn't that insane? I still feel like I'm just a girl but the reality of my late 20's creeping up is honestly a little terrifying. It dawned on me that we often right what we hope to have achieved, both in material items and relationships mostly but we rarely ponder on how we want to feel. I hope at 27, today, you feel HAPPY and HOPEFUL above all things. I pray you're seeking God more than you ever have. I hope you're finally a gym girlie, consistently. I hope you feel fit and confident. I hope you feel peace about not having babies yet. I hope you are still the most lover girl of lover girls. I hope romance books and romcoms still excite you and warm your heart. I hope you're wearing a dress you made today I hope you feel wholly worthy and beautiful. I hope you feel like you belong on the stages and in the rooms that you're about to enter in this new age. I hope you feel worthy of taking up space because if God has called you to it girl he'll see you through it. Exodus 4:12. I hope your anchor is and remains the Lord. I hope you plan to celebrate yourself in the most meaningful way to you. Prayer, books, water and travel. I hope you feel incredibly loved today. I love you, truly deeply and madly. I am soo proud of the woman that you are in this moment. I'm proud of how you haven't been afraid to pivot yet remain, from law, to trading, to business to operations to compliance and everything inbetween. The amount of knowledge you have is astounding. I'm most proud of you for continuously seeking knowledge. Also so far we've read 60 books - did we hit our 100 target for 2025? Anyway, girl - I'm proud of you for being joyful, for growing your hobbies, for being very low on the neuroticism scale (LOL), for seeking God even though you really need to be more mindful about the books you're reading. Phillipians 4:8 " Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things" I hope love has surprised you in the most beautiful way. In a way that only God could have ordained. In a way so specific to who you are at your core that it feels as right as an undoubtebly 5 star book, you know the ones you never forget - Like a malakai korede & kiki banter. I hope a Song of Songs love has found you and you've allowed yourself to bask in it. I hope it's a love that reminds you of Christ's grace, peace, joy and faithfulness. I hope it's a love you smile to yourself thinking about. A love that makes you giddy & grounded all at once. A love that feels like a slow Italian summer. A love that is honest, pure and seeking of Christ before all else. A love that prioritizes the most important things. An intentional love. A love that feels safe enough to make plans with. A love that is mutually sure! I hope you know how much I believe in you. Remember you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength and in the presence of God your joy will always be full. Enjoy 27, might be the last year you're not somebody's mama. I love you girlie. Happy birthday :)
